6Withdrawal Process & Timeframes

Once a withdrawal request is verified, funds are generally sent to your chosen method within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, 7a71 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

• Account verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The identity of the person requesting a withdrawal must match the identity of the person who made the deposit.
• 7a71 may temporarily place a withdrawal on hold in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

7Currency & Conversion

8Welcome Bonus

7a71 offers new players a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The bonus terms are detailed below:

• A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive the bonus.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳47,000.

9General Bonus Usage Rules

• It is generally not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, the account may be suspended and the bonus forfeited.
• Each promotion has its own expiry period — expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.

10Fair Play Policy

• The use of any kind of fraudulent strategy or software is strictly prohibited.
• The use of bots or automated software on an account is prohibited.

11Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on various sporting events including Bangladesh Tigers cricket matches, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, FIFA, and Kabaddi.

• If a match is postponed or cancelled for any reason, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• In live betting, odds may change and a bet may be automatically rejected.
• 7a71 reserves the right to void bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds.
• Betting using match manipulation or insider information is prohibited and may result in account closure.

12VIP Tiers & Benefits

7a71 has five VIP tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Tiers are determined based on a player's activity and history. 7a71 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

13Cashback Payment Process

Weekly cashback is generally calculated at the end of each week and credited to the account as a bonus. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback balances. Contact the support team for more details.

14Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7a71:

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.

In the event of account closure, a decision on returning any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be made following an investigation.
